new parent baby care bootcamp

Learn how to prepare for your baby’s arrival home, what is normal newborn behavior, proper techniques in caring for your baby and how to welcome parenthood. Having knowledge of your baby’s needs and how to effectively parent, will help ensure a smooth transition. We focus on a natural and intuitive approach to parenting.

Instructor: Nancy Sellers, a Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Educator-Counselor and Certified Postpartum Doula.

new parent cpr and safety bootcamp

Learn how to perform CPR and life saving techniques for your newborn and child. This class includes baby proofing the nursery, your home and safe newborn sleeping practices. Upon completion of this class, you will receive a CPR/AED-Child plus CPR-Infant certificate valid for two years.

Instructor: Nancy Sellers, a Registered Nurse and Certified American Red Cross Instructor.

*Group classes are held at our office in Ventura or arrangements can be made to have the class at your business or home. Our classes are small to allow for demonstration, practice and time for discussion.

package 3: having a baby class, breastfeeding class, newborn care class, 40 hours      postpartum doula care with option: infant CPR & home safety

package 4: having a baby class, breastfeeding class, newborn care class, 50 or more hours postpartum doula care with option: infant CPR & home safety and/or option: infant massage & calming

postpartum doula services

4 hour minimum per day, 8 hours minimum at night

12 hours maximum per day

24 hour service available the first 2 days upon arrival home

private single classes: having a baby class, breastfeeding class, newborn care class, infant massage & calming class, infant CPR and home safety class.
